• Technip Energies is following CDC Guidelines, done on a county by county basis. This status is currently high in Harris and surrounding counties. We are not anticipating requiring masks. If a change is needed, we will inform the attendees.

• We request that all attendees attest to the fact they have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 fourteen days prior to the in-person meeting or that they have received a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of arrival.

We will ask for proof of vaccination OR your negative COVID-19 test when you pick up your badge at the Forum.

• Vaccination:

        Physical evidence of your vaccination status (e.g., CDC card or international equivalent)

        Photo evidence of your vaccination (e.g., photo of CDC card or international equivalent)

• Negative COVID Test

        Negative COVID-19 test taken no earlier than 72 hours prior to arriving at the venue. This can be any of the following:

             Viral: nucleic acid amplification tests (NAATs) and antigen tests.

             Antibody: antibody or serology tests

Should any attendees test positive for COVID-19 while they are staying with us on property and they are not able to fly home due to their countries’ regulations, the Marriott Marquis Houston will extend the reservation at our discounted group rate per the CDC guidelines.
